    44・Ventura 13.4.1(c)でiCloud Drive未ダウンロードの状況を作って確認したが、やはりVenturaでは、ファイル非存在時の動作をするだけで、ダウンロード完了待ち動作にはならない。→Appleフィードバック＆DTS確認する。
